Introduction
I have been instructing since 2017 and have always strived to excel in my aviation endeavors. I have my Gold Seal, am a four time Master CFI and was a Chief Instructor/Pilot for nearly 2 years at a part 141 school. At present, I provide part time instruction, fly part 135 and am the Safety Officer for a growing charter company in Southern California. Prior to full time instructing, I was a public school educator for 19 years, possessing a MA in Curriculum and Instruction and still hold my a Professional Clear, K-12 Multiple Subject Teaching Credential.
I know how daunting flight exams can be! I hope to put you at ease, so you are comfortable throughout the checkride. Stress is the biggest inhibitor of performance, and this is definitely something we want to try to eliminate on your big day.
You will be evaluated in accordance with the ACS standards, so be sure you can apply and correlate the standards in a given scenario.
